The headline should read, Your Customers are Watching You so start acting like they are watching you. That is my opinion anyway.

Social Media is a powerful tool for communication. The challenge for so many executives and sales teams is that they don’t see immediately effect. Without immediately ROI some tend to jump to the conclusion that social doesn’t work for real business. It’s only for retail or food companies.

It is simply not accurate. Your buyers are watching. They are reading. But they are not engaging with you or your sales team until they need you or want to learn more. Until then, they stay out of sight because they want to avoid your crosshairs of your aggressive sales team who will hound them.

It is very simple. Buyers are watching and reading AND AVOIDING YOU until THEIR TIMELINE DICTATES.
